    Terrible! You can not control the mic? It just stays on the whole entire time.

      Thanks for your feedback, however the Recon 70 is equipped with a Microphone Mute feature. As noted within your product's User Guide, the Recon 70's microphone would need to be flipped up in to the "mute" position in order for the microphone to mute.

      If you are rotating the microphone in to the mute position as instructed within the product's User Guide and continue to have the same experience, please know that our dedicated Support Team can be reached right from the support section of the Turtle Beach website.     One of the ear pieces already ripped off bought on Christmas Eve. Would not recommend.

    Turtle Beach is the go to brand for any type of gaming as far as audio. This is the 3rd pair of Recon 70 headphones that I have purchased for my boys. Not because they break but because they last and are the best quality for the money!! By far.
