My son is very hard on his gaming devices I am sure this is about the 6th turtle beach headphones he has had in the past 4yrs. The 1st one I didn't put protection on I bought it at Walmart on black Friday it stop working about 8 months after he had it. So of course I took it to Walmart they tell me they can't do anything. I email Turtle Beach they did ask for the receipt/proof of purchase and only because I bought it on black friday I knew I'd be able to locate it. Those are the only receipts I save & still had at this point. I did their diagnostic that took 3 min to explain what was going on with the product and took a picture of my recipt as proof of purchase and sent it to them in an email. Turtle Beach sent the replace to my house. I now never buy this item at Walmart I only buy this at Bestbuy with there warranty cause my son is 12 and I'm sure I'll have this issue for a while more. Plus Bestbuy always has my recipt in their data base since I have a Bestbuy card and two with there warranty you dont have to waite days for Turtle Beach to send you a replacement. Bestbuy allows you to get your replacement item immediately with the warranty which makes my life easier. The Turtle Beach price point is fair in my opinion for this product and my son dosent complain that anything is hurting like his ear after using this product for so long.

I have a small head as well as small ears so none of the headphones are very comfortable. They always slide down on my ears and the that pulls in my ears. These almost feel like earmuffs without getting too hot. Very good padding. Not the most expensive ones, but they have an expensive feel to them as well as great quality of sound.

Purchased these for $39 for use with XBOX One after my more expensive Plantronics Rig 500 Pros started malfunctioning. The sound on the Recon 70s is just as good. The actual size of the speaker is slightly smaller than the previous ones I owned but it does not lessen the sound quality. Fits comfortably around any size head. These require a headset controller adapter for the sound and mic to function correctly. Nothing fancy but Overall good product.

Cancels noise pretty well and are comfortable to wear. They also adjust well for smaller sized heads.

The head support offered by this headset is amazing the ear muffs are soft, the band over your head doesn’t seem to cause any pain which tends to be a problem with these products. I was extremely satisfied with how it worked and would recommend.

These work great with my Xbox. Really like that the mic just flips up/back to mute and it’s fairly comfortable. Only complaint is that during games my friends can hear footsteps etc much sooner and easier than me. I just needed a decent headset that doesn’t break the bank.

I bought this headset so I could use it for my Xbox series S. I’ve always heard good things about Turtle Beach and I wanted a decent starter headset. For those starting out I highly recommend. I love how you just flip up the mic to mute yourself. Way easier than other headsets. You can also use it for other devices. Super convenient!

Works very well for the price but the reason its not 5 starts is the fact that my mic popped of so now it free hangs but still works so not all bad

We had bought the Logitech G332 headphones back in August and they died by Feb I tried to return them but they wouldnt allow it so we are in the middle of trying to do a tradeout with Logitech. We had to have some headphones for my daughters virtual school and these seem to be working well so far, but its only been about a month.

These headphones are fantastic. I can hear everything so clear. These headphones have really enhanced my gaming experience. For the price of these headphones the value in quality product here is tremendous. I would definitely recommend these headphones to anyone. The Best Buy associate was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Best Buy for being there when I need you

For the money, great headset. Kids play with their friends all the time and sound quality is good.

Bought these for my 16yo son for his birthday. He is really rough on headsets, but this one has held up great. Probably lasted the longest out of all the ones he’s had. They must work pretty well as far as noise cancelling too because since getting them, he suddenly doesn’t hear me calling him whenever he’s playing his game.

These are great headphones. My Grandson uses them daily.

Purchased as a Christmas gift, grandson is pleased with the performance. Works on his phone, computer, and Xbox.

The sound and mic work great. Cheap compared to others out there, well worth the money. If you're looking for something not top of the line these are the ones to get

These have good sound and a quality mic. This headset is very comfortable and can be worn for hours at a time. The only drawback was the cord which my dog almost immediately chewed up.
