Worst purchases I made so far

At first i could hear other people but I couldn’t be heard when using headphones. The day after the headphones just didn’t work at all. I never dropped the headphones and I alway put them away in a safe place. Please do not sell this item anymore!

As a heads up, the Recon 70's rotatable microphone boom acts as the headset's mute. When you want to mute the microphone, you would simply rotate the microphone boom back in to the muted position that was shown within your product's User Guide.
