I had to zip tie the microphone up so it can stay by my mouth instead of down by my throat. Also, my friends that were playing with me could hear my entire sound system through my speaker and the voice wasn't loud.

Show this to a sales associate and they wondered if they were all like this he grabbed another one off the shelf and it was indeed warped and on wearable as to say when I returned I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

I assumed the turtle beach would be better quality. Now for $20 I didn't have high expectations but the ear piece has absolutely no padding what so ever! It feels like a large chunk of plastic on my ear. That coupled with how the changing ear design is making it just feel cheap and just uncomfortable. If you are looking for a good basic chat headset for the ps4, avoid this one. Returning it today for the insignia ones.
