Surprisingly, for the price, this headset works really well. The audio quality is decent, both from a listening standpoint, as well as when speaking into the headset. Several of the headsets I have used in the past did not have great performance when it came to the mouthpiece, but, in this case, I've been told by listeners that my voice is clear and does not break up, even when I turn my head in different positions or I am moving around a bit. If you want to keep your costs down on a headset but still want the quality, then this Turtle Beach Recon model is the way to go

They are pretty nice if you wear glasses, they sound good and when on sale for $10 it's a good back up or just good for basic hearing, not good enough to tell direction from sound but good for communication on a team level

The headset is compatible with the Xbox One controller and I think it's reasonably priced. The sound is clear and device is comfortable to wear. Take note that if you're sitting next to someone who is also using a headset, you will hear your voice come through their mic and into your headset.

I’ve been through 5-6 basic Xbox one headsets and it was time to look for something new. I’m not a fan of “DJ” headsets so I figured I’d give these a try. First thing I noticed is that you have to adjust the volume manually through the Xbox conolse audio settings. Once I did that, the sound was loud & clear. They may be a bit uncomfortable after having them on for a while.... eventually you’ll get used to them. Personally, I’ll never buy the regular Xbox headset again.

When properly connected, this headset works great and delivers crisp audio. The ear cup has cutouts for those who wear glasses. However, the headband has no padding and there were issues connecting to the controller. Had to continuously plug in and unplug the jack until the audio finally came thru. Purchased 2 and had the same issues with both. But what can you expect for $5 each.

Obviously a low budget headset. Quality is good, I can hear people and they can hear me. What's good about the one ear design is that you can hear the outside world, especially if you have kids or something. Drawback to one ear design is that this headset can get uncomfortable after awhile. The flat end is kinda of hard and unforgiving. Would be better if it was a thicker, squishier foam to provide more comfort. Overall, it's a good headset. I got this on sale for $10.

The headset sound is good and not muffled. The mic works well. For the price this is a Great xbox headset. I got the warranty just in case.

My mic broke and until the piece came in for my new one, I needed something cheap to get the job done. This mic is perfect for a cheap headset while being able to communicate easily. Sits on your head ok. Only complaint would be the way the earpiece sits to talk into but it still pics up all the sound easily.

The headset works as intended. The volume sounds low at times, but I’m still able to hear the other players talking.

chat set is only okay. pretty uncomfortable but is a relatively inexpensive solution if you want to chat and still listen to your home theater setup. the muffs are pretty had plastic and the band squeezes pretty tight and is uncomfortable for long periods. The mic works good and so does the speaker. Cant really complain because i was looking for a budget solution and got what i paid for.

Bought this headset for my siblings on black friday. Main use is to play fortnite and it gets the job done. So far no complaints or issues. One thing I would say is maybe make it a bit sturdier seems like it's made of cheap plastic but you get what you pay for.

You won't find a cheaper 'Brand Name' headset. It's not the most comfortable but doesn't hurt in any way. Also fits over glasses with no issue. If you want sound in one ear and a microphone, bingo.

The sound comes out clear for chat only, I knew this going in though. The padding has a good size cutout if you wear glasses, but for bigger heads, it may squeeze a bit too tight. Wife loves it though.

So far these headphones appear to be working better than the other, bigger Turtle Beach ones he had (bought three pairs of those - each which broke just after the 3 month warranty). Cheaper in cost so time will tell.

Can use headset on a game console and computer. Clear audio. On/off switch button on headset cord. Connects into game remote controller or computer port easily.

Needed this headset to communicate online. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money and for 20 dollars I think this headset does the trick. It works well, the sound is clear and the mic works great.

It’s affordable and does the job. I can hear and communicate with others. I don’t wear glasses but has a open space for it without feeling uncomfortable.
