Awsome controller! Best value for your buck! All the features actually work also! Awsome mic monitoring. Feels real grippy also. Very light as well. Works great on pc as well as xbox.

Well balanced. Nice weight. Buttons and joysticks have a great feel.

Have to often remap the paddles, takes some time. Also found out this brand isn't recognized automatically or with drivers on macOS, only windows.

Very good quality, it feels just like the original Xbox controllers and it actually has even more functions.

Bit on the "plasticy" side and pretty clicky side but overall a pretty good controller. But the only downside is that the physical buttons on the top don't work for pc so this controller is pretty much meant for a xbox console, pretty decent controller for price.

Best controller money can buy, Put the warranty on it you can swap it if it gets stick drift

Really excellent controller. It feels well made. It has extra buttons. The cord is very long and wrapped so seems like it will hold up. I am very happy with it. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable to hold and easy to use, the different buttons on the controller makes it easier to control what I do in game without have to worry about pulling up an Xbox menu or having to take my focus off from the game

While the control feels very light in comparison to the original, I have no issues with it’s gipability. My son and I love these controllers. We had to use these for PC gaming because the bluetooth controllers would have constant interference. The wired controller made this problem go away.

My son loves it, uses it on his Xbox X. No complaints here!

This is a really great feeling, sounding, and responsive controller when the cord doesn't become dislodged. It may seem like the removable cord is a good idea and a reason to get this (it was for me since I wanted to be able to swap between my PC and Xbox, each with its own USB-C cord), but it's really not. Playing games and moving your hands around seems to loosen the cable just enough to either start losing sound or controller functions. I ended up having to return it. If Turtle Beach wants to keep the non-hardwired cable, it needs to come up with some kind of locking mechanism to keep the controller end stable. If Turtle Beach, comes up with a solution to this problem or even just makes it a hardwired version, I will be the first in line to buy it. BTW, the sound controls are really good on this controller. That is another reason why I thought this thing would be great. I don't like a lot of gaming headsets and I would rather use a pair of my non-gaming music headphones which are much more comfortable. The problem with those is that they don't have volume controls or sound controls built in. By having them on the controller, I can use my extremely comfy Sennheiser cans and play for hours.

The features on the controller are very good, but there seems to be something wrong with the refurbished unit. The movement doesnt seem to work well in certain games Will be making a return.
