I've never been so happy that I bought a controller. I don't make use of all the headset features, the the controller stands on its own as a functional, sturdy, and responsive gamepad. The two back buttons were a fantastic bonus for games like fortnite that often require a lot of simultaneous movement and inputs as they allow you to access your face buttons while keeping your thumbs on the joysticks.

Got this Turtle Beach Recon on sale. I’ve had Razers Wolverine controller and while that controller is obviously a little more fancy. This controller isn’t far off and for a lot less money.

The rumble/feedback stopped working 1 week after purchase, so I cannot rate this any higher. It also seemed to lose USB-connectivity when restating my computer, and I had to unplug-replug it in. When it did work, it performed well. Button/trigger action is good, rear-button mapping is easy, sound passthrough worked great. It's very light. I had been using a PowerA Fusion, which is a bit heavier and felt more substantial than the Turtle Beach, but that is personal preference. It has a lot of features for the low price, and if it hadn't stopped rumbling, I probably would still be using it, but after it broke I returned it and went back to the PowerA.

Better than most controllers! Works great! Use it for my pc games!

Easy to use and made it easier to play only in FPS

For 60 dollars you get a great controller that offers audio presets found on turtle beach headsets for 1/3 of the price. Pair this up with the recon headset that just came out and you have a great affordable bundle . Let’s be honest, most high end controllers break under a few months use, this price justifies the product as well as the paddles on the back . If it ever breaks, ehh it was 60 bucks, buy another !

Great controller for the price the grips have a cool texture, it has two remapable buttons on the bottom and extra buttons for muting a mic and turning on better sounds effects

In terms of features, this controller comes packed with more than your standard controller. Having the two back buttons is a plus but the downside comes in the form gameplay. The right stick curve is very off, giving it the raw feel of another cheap third-party controller. It can't match the regular controller in the aspect. If the game you play allows you to customize that, then you can emulate that feel but if not you're kinda just stuck with it. If you're not that good or just need something to get you by, perfect controller.

Controller is super lightweight. And has worked great since purchased. Haven’t used any of the remappable button features or the Turle beach headset options because my headset is wireless. For the price this controller suites all of my needs.

This is a great controller, I wish they made a rechargeable wireless one though! Maybe someday

I wanted a corded controller for my PC (windows 10 pro, Ryzen 9 5900X, AMD Radeon 6900XT) to play certain games i have in my game libraries that are more conducive to using controllers. The controller feels solid, the USB-C cable is nice and long, there was no additional required software, and the controls are responsive and have a good tactile feel. My only complaint is that it feels too easy to depress the stick and engage the control input for that while maneuvering the sticks, causing unintentional control inputs (this is especially frustrating with Star Wars Squadrons), but that may be my own inexperience causing that.

Works well, good back paddles. The grip feels nice in the side as well.

Probably the best wired controller I've played with. Numerous custom settings you can play around with. Superhuman Hearing is a game changer. You sacrifice sound quality but you can hear EVERYTHING!!! Plus 2 extra custom buttons in the back. For the price, this controller is a steal !!! Highly recommend

Great product. Worked flawlessly. It was dropped twice in the first month and now does not work. While that was my fault, I am surprised it stopped working entirely. I’ve dropped Official Wireless Xbox controllers hundreds of times and they never ever broke. But that doesn’t affect my initial pleasure. 5/5
