Many reviews are users with troubled units, I guess we got lucky? No issues a month in, my son uses it to play Sea of Thieves and other goodness on a gaming/media PC connected to our living room television. I appreciate the remote audio jack, but do with the cable was 15 feet rather than just 10.

I can turn up sounds and turn down chat. I love it. Buttons feel great and the ability to button map is easy and works well.

I couldn't be much happier with this one. It's comfortable and responsive. I was a little apprehensive about getting a wired controller, but this one comes with plenty of cable and it hasn't been an issue.
