He's really good at taking care of his controllers for his age, I saw some really decent video reviews on the controller that made my decision to get it. But within 10 days we're having disconnect problems already and we've tried multiple cables. The poor workmanship of turtle beach in the last 5-7 years as been rough... I my old wireless PS3 headset from Turtle I purchased back in 2010 lasted almost 8 or 9 years before the headset plastic started breaking... I am very disapointed in this product as it should be made better.

In my opinion, it in not comfortable to hold; there are too many buttons with limited functionality; and the thumb pads felt awkward. This product may be a better fit for someone else. The price is good if you want to use a controller that feels cheap as well.

Makes it unusable and of course I cannot return it since its out of the window.

Useful addition to Microsoft Flight Sim 2020

Paddle placement is better than any other controller I've tried. Definitely recommend the protection plan as the reliability may not be high (Turtle Beach).
