    Controller was bought as a christmas gift and stopped working after one use.

    The controller worked fine for a week and then disconnects on the SLIGHTEST movement of the cord. Literally cannot pick up the controller without it disconnecting. TURTLE BEACH SUPPORT TAKES DAYS TO RESPOND. DOES NOT SHIP NEW CONTROLLER AND BLAMES THE CUSTOMER. WILL NOT SHIP REPLACEMENT UNLESS THEY TAKE 3+ WEEKS. DO NOT PURCHASE DO NOT PURCHASE DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM TURTLE BEACH PRODUCTS. Absolute scum of a company. USED TO BE SUCH A GOOD COMPANY. NOT ANYMORE. I went out of my way to write a terrible review for this company to SAVE you customers from making the same mistake. DO. NOT. PURCHASE.

      Sorry to hear that you encountered an inconvenience with your controller. Please know that our Support Team works via a queue based system so they have to reply to all inquiries in the exact order that they are received so we hope you are not under the impression you are being ignored as they work through their queue.

      Our team will also happily assist with replacement service for the headset and/or its controller if necessary under the warranty that our products are sold with. Please know that all times provided in regard to replacement service are estimates, and replacement service usually takes significantly less time than what's provided.
