Liked the controller at first, a bit small but not "too small". The buttons are below average but passable, the sticks are similar, i didnt find much use for the extra buttons and the headset jack would randomly make the worst high pitched screeching noise imaginable. I used multiple different headsets with the same outcome. Within 7 months the port for the cable became so loose that any movement at all and the controller would disconnect. Take 30 seconds to start back up. Thankfully i purchased the 2 year replacement plan. UNFORTUNATELY the controller was no longer in stock anywhere so only received store credit in return. Wouldnt recommend, get a Gamesir if you want a cheap controller.

my son loves it so therefore, i love it as well!! Customer Service on the other hand is a hands down for me. No where to be found every single visit.

I have to say I am surprised, I like this controller. Usually third party controllers feel cheap and just off, not this one. Feels almost as good as first party controller. Solid build quality, 2 programmable buttons on the back, and chat controls on the controller itself. The only setback is that it is not wireless. It’s just really hard to get used to having a wire on a controller. I would gladly pay a bit more for a wireless version of this controller. But great job by turtle beach making a solid third party controller.

Highly recommend this control. There is some slight stick drift overtime but nothing crazy. The back paddles are great and configuring the paddles is easy as well.

I bought this controller on a half-off Black Friday deal because I wanted a second controller to use with my laptop so I could keep my primary controller with my Xbox. This is a good controller for the price I paid. First the good: This controller works well for playing Forza Horizon 5. The sticks are both responsive and seem accurate. I mapped the back paddle buttons to control shifting up and down, and that made a big difference but takes some getting used to if coming from the standard Xbox controller. The included USB-C to USB-A cable is long and feels like it's good quality. This is a wired controller, so no need to worry about batteries. You can save 4 different controller profiles, making it easy to switch between games. Now the less than good: Sometimes the buttons require a slightly harder press before anything happens. It's not every time, but it's enough to make it annoying in the middle of a game. The locations of the back buttons feel awkward. The process of mapping these buttons seems a little convoluted, and I don't know if I can remember how to change it if I lose the instructions. All in all, a good controller if you can get it cheap.

So far no complaints with this controller, feels well built and comfortable to hold. Nice response from the controls.

Stick drift slightly unfavorable, but not horrible since .06 dead zone fixed it. Decent value controller

New to the area and have been coming here for a lot of supplies for a setup recently, staff is all super friendly and helpful while also not hovering or bothering. No extra fluff there, just wanted to say this is a good store. As for the controller, I love it. Take extra good care of it and keep it clean to prevent early stick drift on it though.
