Where the usb-c cable would plug in to the controller was lose and janky. I sit in a chair less than 6 feet from the console so I was definitely not stretching the cable or putting any undue stress on the cable or the controller connection port. Avoid at all costs! That being said I really did like the controller, literally 5 days though!!!

Great substitute

He got a controller from Amazon but it only worked for 2 weeks (it actually said in the fine print *he didn’t read* that it would only work for 2 weeks before Xbox blocked it) so this one was a great substitute at a great price. Plus he has turtle beach headphones so already familiar with the brand.

But the only downside is that the physical buttons on the top don't work for pc so this controller is pretty much meant for a xbox console, pretty decent controller for price.

I had a wireless controller, but it was not working well. After shopping at Best Buy and talking to the rep, I decided on the Turtle Beach wired controller. I was glad I did, it set up great on my Window 11 PC. The price was also right as well.

The slight change in ergonomics makes it feel more comfortable in my hands and the weight is a lot lighter than the standard wireless Xbox controller. The EQ presets work pretty well. Can definitely hear footsteps more clearly but it does impact the overall sound of the game.

The eq setup, the sound enhanced features the feel, the convenience of layout and features is just too good to pass up. If u want a controller made for shooter this is the beast to pick up. The pro aim button and changable sensitivity if the right thumb stick is mind blowing i cant believe the elite controller doesn't have these features. For just 60 bucks u get a ergonomic controller with coling grips, changeable sound profiles, button layouts, pro-aim, chat mix and whole lot more trust me this baby is worth the $$

The issue woth other corded controllers is the inabioity to ecchange the cord when it gets damaged. Also makes ot easy to transigtion from Xbox to PC. The mapping function is easy and having the chat volume and headphone volume make controlling audio a breeze. Quality is good.
