Customers frequently mention the high-quality build, ease of use, and satisfying feel of the Recon controller, particularly praising its remappable buttons and comfortable grip. However, some users reported issues with stick drift and occasional connection problems, especially when used with PCs. A few also noted that the controller is wired and that some users found the bumpers and triggers to be less responsive than expected. Overall, the positive feedback on the controller's design and features outweighs the negative comments regarding functionality.

The plastic is quite sturdy the controls are accurate and responsive agronomic cooling grips for you sweaty Palm players the audio advantage the EQ presets with superhuman hearing give you an advantage especially in certain type of games you can hear your enemies from miles away as far as the two mapable quick action buttons in the back go they tend to break the first from just getting pressed the best part about this controller is the pro aim focus mode this gives you the advantage to tune your thumbstick sensitivity to improve your long-range accuracy but this also works not just in shooting games but all games depending on which game has different effects with setting levels one through four for a little looser to all the way tight actually for the price it's solid controller.

The controller is great, it has so many features, not only is it remappable, if you plug in a headset into the controller, you can control the audio of the controller and even use super hearing mode, i think the only thing that could be better is maybe add an extra two triggers, but for the price it's great.

This is a really nice controller for the price. The build quality is very nice and all the buttons feel soild. Comes with a really long cable that can stretch across the room so you don’t have to worry about batteries. It also has nice haptics that don’t feel numbed down. Overall a great pick up

I just got a gaming laptop and wanted to use a controller after a year of mobile gaming on a backbone. I knew I wanted a wired controller with an Xbox layout but since I dont own any consoles and travel for work not worrying about batteries/charging is best for me. My decision to buy the Recon came down to cost and how quick I could get it. Since it was available for pick-up at my local Best Buy and was on sale, I went for it. I love it so far! Never had a controller with hepatic features and the touch/mic/sound features on it are pretty helpful! I still have alot more to discover with it but its very comfortable and I have medium sized hands for a female.

It's crisp looking and comfortable to hold. I thought about getting wireless but this wired one is great because it never gets misplaced and the cord is plenty long for any room. I ordered 2, they're both working great.

I like the physical buttons to control audio i had previously bought the turtlebeach stealth ultra but i felt it took extra steps even to mute myself so this controller actually has what i wanted just wish it had a wireless variant

So I found setting up the remapping of buttons a litttle difficult. The directions weren't really clear. I finally figured it out after playing around with it for a bit. My other issue is that the controller is really light. I prefer a heavier controller in my hand. And the remapped button area is a little low on the controller. They should have put them closer to the L2 and R2 buttons. Otherwise the controller works fantastic.

Like ibmentioned in my other review of the white turtle beach xbox controller, hands down the best controller out for the price. Ive tried almost every xbox controller on the market, nothing compares with all the additional features it comes with. Ive tried every expensive scuff controller all the way down to generic controllers. This was my pick at the end of it all.
