I thought the controller was shipped defective until I returned it for a new one, and the new one had the exact same issue. I enjoyed the reprogrammable buttons on the back. I can't speak for the headphone jack and it's functions, as I had no need to use them. Definitely a versatile and ergonomic controller, but inconsistent, and this was a deal breaker for me.

Controller has all basic functions programmed in. Programmable options available, but don't seem all that useful for someone who is not a diehard gamer.

I definitely don't take advantage of all the features, but I'm sure they'd be appreciated by hardcore gamers. I wish the middle buttons weren't so squished in there. It's annoying to access the right button sometimes.

I would have to disconnect it and plug it back in every time I was using it. Other than that, the controller is good with the extra sound button options on the controller

It is wired, but the cable is 10ft long. I don't use all the audio buttons because I connect headphones directly to PC, as I noticed some noise distortion if plugged in to controller. Nonissue.

Also has two mappable buttons that help improve gameplay when playing competitively.

Good ergonomics and the buttons are where you need them to be. Decent price and of good quality. Would recommend for the average gamer.

It was plug and play and i just started using it. If your looking for something that doesnt need setup etc and that you dont have to worry about running into any wireless charging issues etc then i reccomend it.
