Makes it unusable and of course I cannot return it since its out of the window.

The quality seems to be a bit lacking as im already experiencing stick drift and havent used the controller alot. I wouldnt suggest this product.

Please visit the Turtle Beach website and get in contact with our Support Team so they can lend a hand with recalibrating the controller to clear up the stick drift you made mention of. If the team can't get that cleared up for you for some reason, they can look in to assisting you with a warranty replacement claim for the controller under the manufacturer's warranty that our products are sold with.
The Turtle Beach Support Team can be contacted via their contact form on the main Turtle Beach website, and they also provide assistance via a Live Chat service on the same site between the hours of 9:30 AM EDT and 4:30 PM EDT.
