Ill save you the review and cut right to the 1 star rating. On the first day of using the controller it would randomly turn off and back on, didnt think anything of it. On the second day of use it now plays a high pitch beep noise in the headset, turns off, plays audio on one side of my headset when the mute button is pressed. Switched back to the stock microsoft controller and everything works fine. Ill probably keep this as a back up if the microsoft controller ever needs replaced but i wont be using the turtle beach as my main controller. Pros: -mic monitoring and audio controls on the controller -rubber side grips and heavily textured bumpers/triggers -quality braided usb c cable to plug in -the backside buttons are placed in a natural position as opposed to paddles Cons: -button presses require slightly more force than stock controller and are louder than stock -the d pad works fine but isnt the same quality as stock controller -the guide button, start/select, volume/chat, and superhuman hearing/mute are positioned too close together leading to accidental presses Things to note: Its very light, and the overall feel of the controller reminds me of MadCatz controllers from years ago. It feels larger than the stock controller and more in line to a beefed up xbox 360 controller. Wish it was wireless.

Works great with PC and Consoles. Ergonomically well designed for quick games.

Really like this controller. Had it connected to my Xbox one, now I use it when my sone lets me use his pc. Paddles are great.

Great wired controller, I barely use controllers but for some games, you just need a controller.

I bought this because my other controller died. I knew turtle beach was a good company but I am so happy with it! It works flawlessly, the extra add features are great, and I love the cooling grips!

I returned this controller only days after purchasing it. In my opinion, it in not comfortable to hold; there are too many buttons with limited functionality; and the thumb pads felt awkward. This product may be a better fit for someone else. The price is good if you want to use a controller that feels cheap as well.

I didn't read any reviews on this controller on bestbuy's site before purchasing this for my God son who's 12. He's really good at taking care of his controllers for his age, I saw some really decent video reviews on the controller that made my decision to get it. But within 10 days we're having disconnect problems already and we've tried multiple cables. The poor workmanship of turtle beach in the last 5-7 years as been rough... I my old wireless PS3 headset from Turtle I purchased back in 2010 lasted almost 8 or 9 years before the headset plastic started breaking... I am very disapointed in this product as it should be made better.
