    Good price and nice quality but the only CON to me was the uncomfortableness on my hand. I would recommended it. we all have small or big hands.

    i only saw my son used it for a week and now i dont see it at all

    Wrong color and broken

    When I opened the controller it came in a different color and the bumper was broken. I didnt expect it to be like that.

    Poor connection

    The wire connection gets real loose it's not indented and within a month or two of having it the controller the connection is loose and every little movement knocks the power off the controller.

    Great controller for the Xbox great audio (at least for Turtle Beach headsets can’t speak on other brand of headsets)

    Stick Drift right out of the box. Tried every possible setting to eliminate it but the drift was too much.

    I bought this controller and straight out of the box the cord doesn't even work and my controller already has stick drift

    Probably the best controller I’ve owned. The buttons are responsive. The controller feels sturdy and not cheap.

    Had stick drift from the start After a week it started to power off randomly even though it’s a wired controller, cord is fine aswell

    It broke within 2 months of having it. It’s a good controller but it broke and not because I raged and threw it lol.

    Wire port shorted after 37 days

    Port for the wire shorted out 37 days after purchase with average use. Disconnects from Xbox with the slightest movement. Very frustrating

    I would give this a higher rating but I have searched long and hard but cannot find out why the large Xbox button does not light up. I do not have a wired headset yet but I would think that should not matter. Is the product defective or did Best Buy send me somebody's return? I am way too old to be spending more time on this.

      Good morning,

      Thanks for your feedback! The Xbox Button on the Recon Controller would not be equipped with an LED. There is an LED just below the button that will let you know when the controller is receiving power. The LEDs should also light up behind the Mic Monitor, EQ, COntroller, and Pro-AIM buttons in addition to lighting up behind the Game Volume and Chat Volume buttons.

      All in all, the Xbox Button itself would *not* light up.

      If the other LEDs that we made mention of are not lit up properly or if you have any further questions or concerns in regard to your controller, please take the time to reach out directly to our dedicated Support Team via their Contact Form on the main Turtle Beach website.
