    Really good until the headphone jack just stopped working. Which is the whole point of this controller.

    Please, Avoid At All Cost

    I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to for this one. This is without a doubt the last Turtle Beach product I will ever purchase. Each time I purchase Turtle Beach products, I always have issues within a month, so definitely never buying anything from them again. This controller only lasted me 4 days, I did not mis handle it or treat it very poorly, and still just lasted me 4 days. The controller had a mind of its own, moving without touching the joysticks or the triggers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this controller, just stick with the original Xbox controllers. Also, the features this controller have aren't even that great, so no need to purchase it.

    Turtle Beach Recon controller

    I got this controller almost a year ago because my wired PowerA Fusion controller quit working. I actually prefer this wired controller, and it comes at a lower cost than the PowerA. It feels better in my hand, plus it doesn’t have removable paddles in back. There are buttons that feel better - to me. If there is an issue with this Recon controller, I will no doubt get another.

    Frequent issues with wire causing disconnection. Buttons wear out fast, and joysticks arent as responsive as you would think from the brand.

    Bad audio

    Audio was way too quiet or didn’t work at all, even with a TB headset. Otherwise buttons were really good and played great with nba 2k but useless with bad audio for parties.

    Worked great for about 6 weeks. Left trigger broke on light use. Used 4 or 5 times a week for maybe 2 hours.

    D=Pad failure after less than a month.

    Its really hilarious i get an email asking for a review the DAY AFTER the d-pad up button breaks. Lol. No impacts and light use, I was assuming some kind of connection issue but no dice. It just isn't working now,

    Do not buy if you play fps games. The amount of clicking for sprinting wears out this controller. It's a terrible controller. If you think you can fix it yourself because it might have dust, don't even try. You can't even open the controller yourself to clean it. Waste of money.

    Only worked perfectly for 2-3 months

    I bought this at the beginning of August, it is now the end of October. My controller has serious analog drift and often stops working in game and I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work again. I have updated and done some trouble shooting to no avail. Really disappointed in this because I thought it was a good controller for my needs when I first bought it. Unfortunately it declined really quickly and while I do play quite a bit, I'm not an every day player so this really should not have happened.

    Turtle Beach xbox controller with extra buttons

    Well, I got the controller I paid 55.00 for it and when I got it, it was a used box b/c it was an open box and it was dirty dust all over the place and on top of all of that I paid 10.98 just to get it sooner...The Packaging was half open left JOY stick doesn't work or I should major drift and the package was all torn I have pics of that too... IT DOES NOT HAVE a power cord I have spent thousands of dollars if not more in the last 1 there from TVs PS5'w New Xbox's HB omen down plus monitors this is NOT far to me this is how I make my money

    I’ve had this controller for 3-4 months and the port where the wire plugs into the control is already loose. It’s now randomly shorting out and disconnecting.
