    Don't buy this garbage. The stick drift is insane and contacting support won't help.

    The right trigger broke after only a month and a half of having it. It popped out and not it is unresponsive, been having to use the back mapping buttons to play starfield

    It's a nice controller, which is why I bought it for my son. The problem is it randomly disconnects even though it is wired. Not worth the money even though it was on sale.

    Go get the PowerA Spectra Infinity Enhanced Wired

    Not a fan. Feels clunky, it’s super confusing, and there are no trigger locks for a quicker trigger pull, which for the price there should be. I ended up buying the ‘PowerA Spectra Infinity Enhanced Wired’ and couldn’t be happier. Save yourself the trip back to return it and buy the spectra. You’re welcome

    Broke after 1 month of use. Extremely cheap feeling and setup. The modes make no sense and don't work properly. Very upset. But should yours last more than a month it's a decent value.

They can assist in restoring your controller to factory settings and assist with troubleshooting. They can even assist with replacement service if necessary.

    Controller started having “controller drift” about a month after I bought it. The under buttons get in the way. The sound enhancing had little notice on my headset. Don’t waste your money.

    Not worth the $$$$. I’ve only had for 2mths and it’s already got the auto moving left drift. Oh and Best Buy won’t let me return it. So needless to say I won’t be shopping at Best Buy anymore.

    Hated the feel and returned it. It was cheap plastic and the sound options weren’t that effective.

    Absolute Trash. Unusable after 3 months. We bought two in October 2023. Both have horrible drift.
