The Controller for it's price is very high quality. The latency is really good, it doesn't die (not surprisingly), but the d-pad feels kinda cheap, but besides that it's a good pick if your on a budget

I was disappointed with the Turtle Beach Recon Wired Controller. The buttons feel stiff and unresponsive, and the build quality seems cheap compared to other controllers I’ve used. While it’s compatible with Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows PCs, it doesn’t feel reliable for long gaming sessions. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want a controller that lasts or performs well.

I bought this controller and it was working fine for a couple of weeks and then it started randomly disconnecting even though the wire was plugged in correctly, also the audio for my headset doesn’t work with this controller anymore my headset will make very loud noises every time I plug it into this controller I don’t recommend this controller

This was a gift to our grandson and He is enjoying it! It arrived when I was told and in great condition and the price was excellent

Great performance. Easy to use, interesting design, and overall great controller.

Perfect item for my younger kids to use on their brother's Xbox when he lets them use it.

The wire with Connects to the controller becomes very lose

Not worth 10$! 20 days is how long I’ve had this awful controller and there’s stick drift, and when I call asking for help I’m told there’s a 15 day limit to when you can return an item unless you pay for stupid Best Buy plus?? Scummy and wrong. Don’t buy.

The controller itself is cool but however my hands didn't feel great when I was using it. The vibrating on the controller is just too much to handle for my hands.

Great option for anyone that wants to not deal with batteries and have the best options for sound control for headsets. My go to now.

Yeah, pretty much what the title says. I really, really liked this controller until the right trigger and some of the other buttons stopped working. Turtle beach Customer service basically just said good luck and Sorry.

This was the fasted delivery I ever got from Best Buy!

I originally wrote a positive review because it was great...While it worked. Had the controller less than 90 days before the stick drift became so bad it's basically unusable. I work a lot and only really play a couple hours on the weekends so its not like it got a ton of wear. Buy a different controller.
