I had to set my deadzone to 10 on WZ2 when i started using this controller. Another problem after about two weeks of use is a hard left or right intermittent drift during game play. The wrost controller i have own so far.

Purchased on black friday didnt work out the box

I dont get why i can’t just buy stuff and it be working properly. Its compatible with my system and i followed the crappy instructions to a T. Very disappointing.

It's just big in all the wrong places. The rb and lb are not good i Pau a game where i have to press rb 100 times a game.

Please know that our Support Team works via a queue based system so they have to reply to all inquiries in the exact order that they are received so we hope you are not under the impression you are being ignored as they work through their queue.
Our team will also happily assist with replacement service for the headset and/or its controller if necessary under the warranty that our products are sold with. Please know that all times provided in regard to replacement service are estimates, and replacement service usually takes significantly less time than what's provided.
