Great product I enjoy the fact you can adjust mic sound. The only issue I had was after 9 months the mic start screeching and humming for not me but whom ever I was playing with. I emailed Turtle beach and they sent me a brand new one with no hassle I will always buy Turtle beach product

Bought 2 and 1 broke

I bought two of them and was stoked for my kids to have their own pair. That lasted a week. The first headset broke completely, no volume or sound and the other one works fine. Nothing great about them. They do have noise canceling capabilities which is awesome and frustrating at the same time, lol. if I had to do it over again I definitely would choose another brand. The best headset we have had has been a Razer. Cost was an issue at the time of this purchase or else that’s what I wouldn’t picked again. Turtle Beach just seems like their products aren’t meant for the long haul.
