Garbage Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got it in December of 2018, was super excited, it lasted about 6th months because the mic died on me, super disappointed, I sent it back to Turtle Beach, replaced the headset, now 11 months later, the left ear cup is falling off, and has a crack on the swiveling part of the ear cup. Makes creaking noises every time you swivel the cups, and it feels like its going to break when you put it on your head. I am never buying from Turtle Beach again, and I advise that if you have a budget for headsets, do not buy from this brand!

Good but don’t last

One pair the mic stopped working correctly after day 2 and then the replacement pair from Turtle beach the mic stopped working all together. The second pair the aux cord must have broke internally because the sound stopped working until you wiggled it. I would not recommend anyone buy these. I will say turtle beach made it fairly easy to return the first 2 broken ones but I’m pretty sure they said there is no warranty on the replacement headphones they sent me.

Broke twice in one year

The mic made very loud noises that hurt the ears of the people I was playing with. The mic breaks within about 4 months. I returned this headset and got a new one and the same thing happened again. Very cheap plastic-DO NOT GET THIS HEADSET
