Great quality headphones.

I would say the only downside is using the app to download the latest firmware. Nobody wants to wait for that when you’re trying to play. Still a good product.

The only issue we have is that if you have two headsets in the house on the same network, they try to connect to the others system. There is not anything that shows the difference in the headsets.

Normal is fine and works.
