This review more covers Best Buy then this product. I bought an open box version of this product, it broke almost immediately. I sent it back to return it, and Best Buy returned it to me saying it wasn't eligible for a return, I had to spend about an hour and a half on the phone, and then they gave me a new label to send it back to them again, and accepted the return. Around the same time, I purchased a remote start system for my car from Best Buy and had it installed today. The installer was awesome, he did a great job. Every other part of the experience was terrible, and sadly, if Best Buy isn't going to try to make this right with me, these two purchases will be my last two purchases with best buy. The day started by me having taken the day off so that I could take my car to get the remote start installed. I waited until the store opened, and then called the store's phone number. I spoke with someone who transferred me telling me they were transferring me to someone in the installation department. They transferred me to someone who was not in the store. All I was trying to do was ask where to park and if I could drop my car off early. This process took over an hour and 15 minutes, about half of that time was spent driving to the store. I was actually able to get to the store before a Best Buy employee could even come close to giving me an answer. I then wanted to complain, so I was asking where to complain, every single agent disconnected me as soon as I asked for a supervisor or where I could complain, even though I explained that I wasn't necessarily complaining about them. Best Buy wasted almost two and a half hours of my day off today, and also put me in an incredibly bad mood which ruined my day, which was supposed to be spent with my children. Best Buy can make this right by giving me a store credit. I look forward to hearing from them.

Great and easy to pair. I was able to switch from pc to Xbox fairly easy

My 14 year old son was able to connect the headset without issues. He said he likes that he doesn’t notice a lag like other wireless headsets.

Great so far. Only downside is mic monitoring has to be adjusted from the hub on pc.

Good quality headphones have not had a problem getting connected to the system

My brother loves this mic. He uses is for the xbox and enjoys being anle to talk to his friends while he plays the game.

Had them a few weeks and they work great once i figured out how to turn off the ambient sound.
