They were basically brand new and had no reason to stop working. But other than that I really enjoy the headset.

This one far is the most durable and the most comfortable, especially if you wear glasses. I game almost everyday and I am pretty hard on my electronics and this has far surpassed the test.

Decided to upgrade my 7 year old 500 series which still to this day had no issues! Amazing headset! Everything is crystal clear and the bass is awesome! You can hear things behind you at times! If your looking for a gaming headset look no further!
