    Very difficult to get the USB (plugged into XBOX One) and the headset itself to SYNC. Both kept blinking Green. Their CS closed at 5 PM EST. Tried CHAT, and it walks you through yet another series of question. Looked on You tube, their website etc. says it should pair after following directions. It then says if it doesn’t, Call TECH support. I returned them and got a wired RAZER Blackshark X

      We get very few complaints about sizing or comfort issues. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

    The Stealth 600 Gen 2 USB wireless gaming headset is excellent. The sound is great! I have had no issues with connectivity and the battery life has been great. From opening the box to getting it setup, it was all very smooth. Putting the headphones on your head feels natural and they are neither too heavy nor do they squeeze my head too hard while they are on and I'm playing for extended periods of time. After a while, I really forgot I had anything on. The battery life has been excellent. I have gone at least 20 hours of playtime between charges and could probably wait longer but I don't want them to die out on me in the middle of a game. The sound is very crisp with solid bass and really good surround sound. There are four equalizer modes that include Turtle Beach's signature setting which is good but there are also settings to increase bass, bass and treble together and another for vocals. All of them are decent and you will find your preference as you use them. Additionally, there are volume controls for both the master and the microphone easily accessible on the left ear cup. The microphone is great, and probably my favorite part. Swivel it down to talk and use it, push it back up to mute. Super easy, no buttons to deal with at all. I'm very impressed, I think I'll be using these for the foreseeable future!

    Staff has it it works, I just got a defective unit

    Wow failed to charge charger cable connected 3 pm now almost 2 am never charged to green light was solid red then that went away, so going to try another, since my staff has it working perfectly, so I got a deceive unit, today next day going to try another replacement

    they worked great while they lasted. I used these maybe 20 times and now will no longer pair. unable to update the firmware, because either the headset or usb transmitter defected.

    Once you hear the impact and depth of amplified wireless headphones it's hard to go back to wired. The Stealth 600.2 has 4 different EQ modes, 50mm drivers, USB-C charging, quick charging, flip to mute mic and more. I really like the quick charging where you can charge for about 20 minutes and have enough juice to play an entire marathon session all night. The headset feels a little on the cheap side. The plastic doesn't seem to be the most durable and these might not take a lot of abuse from a youngster. They are relatively light and have decent comfort. Clamping force isn't too bad for my slightly larger than average head. Connecting to XBox was a breeze. just plug in the included USB dongle to the XBox and turn on the headset. Plug and play, so to speak. These will also work on a PC. Once up and running the amplified sound is really great. The mic seems to work fine and no echo picked up. The mic also doesn't pick up ambient noise in the room hardly at all. I would recommend this headset for anybody who likes to hear their games AMPLIFIED. lol

    So far it’s been about a month. These things are awesome. I love the wireless capabilities of it, I hate cords. The sound is amazing with this headset, I have been able to hear much more of my games in depth, I play a lot of flight simulators and FPS games so these really help with hearing the subtle things. I was not a smart cookie and didn’t charge them right out of the box, but I play on average about 3 hours a day and didn’t have to charge this thing for like two weeks. So far they’re great. I would highly recommend these. The four different audio presets, including the superhuman hearing, is phenomenal I love it!

    The Gaming Headset connects quickly. You plug the USB into a port of your desktop or labtop. The headset fits comfortably, cushions the headphones, and fits snug on the ears. The sound is pretty good while gaming, watching videos, and listening to music. The headphones curve with movement and are very sturdy and very durable. The Turtle Beach headphones have provide a quality surround sound experience. The gaming sound reminds of of being a part of a movie. The base on these headphones are phenomenal. . On the sides are various controls for volume, sound modes, and the power button. The headphones can hold a charge for a pretty long time. The headphones can connect to not only a computer, but also is compatible with XBOX Gaming system. You have the ability to talk to others using the built in mic and communication goes through clearly. Overall a good product. Pros: 1) Quality Amplified Sound 2) Comfortable on the Ears and Head 3) Portable (Can Take With You in Traveling) 4) Great acoustics and powerful base Cons: 1) None at this time.

    This headset barely lasted two months. It has stopped turning on and wont work. Hasnt been dropped or anything!!!! Im very upset with this product.

    Garbage! Broke almost immediately where the earpieces connect to the headband. Way too fragile. My son spent his own money on these and was devastated.
