AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I had constant connection issues, it would turn off randomly at least a few times per week. The battery life is nowhere near 24 hours, maybe 4 or so. After all the issues I had with this piece of junk, 3 months after buying it, the mic broke off for seemingly no reason. Turtle Beach should be ashamed to have their name on this product.

Never buying again
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from the Astro A50, this headset is complete garbage. Bought the Turtle Beach 600 Stealth gen 2 last night, returned first thing in the morning. The microphone piece is so small, it reaches to mid cheek and not in front of the mouth. Some people might like that, some might not. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out mic settings and in order for me to cut out as much background noise as possible, I had to turn the sensitivity down to the point I had to speak louder than normal for my voice to be picked up. Could be user error but Astro A50 is the way to go.

They look nice, but that's about it.

Google the issue, forums/threads littered with people trying to figure out why people chatting with them can't hear them, but can hear their neighbor's conversations. Mic has superhuman sensing for any voice not within 3 inches of it. This is all despite attempting to tweak input settings from Steam/Windows. The software doesn't work for this model anymore conveniently as well. But you won't find that out until you fill out the most unreasonable form on their website to get the software downloaded. Avoid at all costs.

The headset should have no problem being recognized via the Audio Hub software available on Windows or MacOS as long as the headset & transmitter are properly paired together. The team would also look in to your microphone inconveniences as well.

Its ok
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buy this headset knowing itllast a year maybe 2 ive had multiple of them and they all break due to the cheap plastic the ear cups are hard and uncomfortable its just a cheap headset. if you can get the astro A20 or better yet the A30 much much better headset !!!

Horrible always something wrong

From the mic becoming unscrewed to the mic not working. I have had to exchange this mic four times since april 2023 we are in june now. Exchanged just last week. Within two days of using it, i go to charge and it doesnt charge. I used mulitple chargers, nothing.

Never again

Dont work with new call of duty 2 game

Ive tried getting in contact with turtle beach and i havent gotten a response. I spent 100$ and I’m disappointed.

Thank you for leaving your feedback and sorry to hear about your experience. The headset should work just fine within Call of Duty. Also, as a heads up, please be aware that all of our facilities were closed for the extended holiday weekend, which may explain the delayed reply to your claim from our Support Team.
With that being said, please double check your Call of Duty settings and ensure that your Open Mic Recording Threshold is set to zero. That's an in-game setting that can affect your ability to be heard by other people. You'd also want to check your Xbox Live privacy settings to ensure that Cross Console Chat was enabled and that you'd have your microphone capabilities open to "Everyone".
Should that not clear up what you've experienced, please remain patient for a reply from our team.

Useless
