Has special hearing mode but It does not seem to do anything different than the other modes. Only issue is the bluetooth USB receiver needs to be Disconnect and plugged in again each time for headphones to be picked up. I did have an issue with the size of the USB dock. It was a hard fit into the PS4 USB slot.
