Stopped charging after less than 2 years.

My X-11s lasted over a DECADE with 0 problems, and only became obsolete after I switched to a device that no longer supports optical audio. Additionally, somehow these headphones never loosened up and stayed "just a little too tight" for the entirety of their use. Could barely use them for 2 hours without my ears hurting. 5x less device lifetime = a lost customer for this brand. I'm not dealing with planned obsolescence, poor port quality, or whatever this new strategy is for Turtle Beach.

Sound good , charge lasts and good and loud

Its so nice boing able to game or watch loud movies when my wife and kid are sleeping lol. Bass is also decent If you choose the 3rd sound eq.

Punchy bass. The microphone design... I didn't like it just from design standpoint. I retuned these. They did pinch my head. I much prefer the fit of Steelseries.
