Please ensure that the headset has been updated to the newest firmware via the Audio Hub application on PC. You can also adjust the level of your Microphone Monitor feature there, which can have an affect on what you described here.

In comparison of that headset, this headset felt much tighter on his head. Tried them for about a week but they didn’t really loosen up at all. Returned it and in search of a headset more similar to the 520.

Not to mention if there is anything else nearby using Bluetooth it can mess with the headphones.

Although I kept it as a backup headset for my birthday… they kinda suck. Headband is better material than previous version, but sound quality is muffled and the microphone is glitchy. I would rather use my iPhone headphones than use these to play any game.

Also I don’t like that I can’t turn down my chats volume down and all audio up when I’m playing
