Purchased these headphones with new PlayStation 5. I had issues connecting them to the system. Will be returning.

These headsets are good only thing I didn’t like was that they was to wide over the head but other then that buy them

Good headset, my dog loves to tear them apart though, ear pads are a pain to put back on.

Bought this as a gift for my son and he loves it! Works great for his ps4 was really easy to connect.

Bought these for my daughter and she said they work great, found me somewhere else and Best Buy matched the price.

Used it for a week, unable to control the audio and the chat so I returned it.

I received it in a bundle was going to take it back to get the Sony headset but I just kept it and I enjoy it

Plug and play. They work great for the ps4. You don’t have the sound issues past wireless headsets had.

Great headset just takes a bit to conform around the ears for comfort.

Overall sound and audio quality is great but this headset compared to the gen 1 is extremely uncomfortable (in my opinion). I was very dissatisfied and will most likely not be going back to turtle beach headsets.

Initially, the sound had an echo to it out of the box and required some additional setup. To adjust the sound to your liking, I recommend downloading the Turtle Beach application and adjusting the tones setting to your liking. It will work right out of the box, but it can be adjusted. Starting with comfort, the ear cushions are the most comfortable I have found. The headset accommodates gaming glasses and doesn't cause any discomfort. The design of the headset was well thought out. Rather than needing to push a button to mute the microphone, one can simply raise the microphone to halfway or all the way up to mute it. It's nice not having to fumble around with buttons when muting the headset. There is a volume dial on the side, along with a microphone live dial to help you know how you sound to others. This makes it easy to adjust the microphone volume. The microphone works great and the gamers on the other end stated that the sound quality was very good. The sound through the headset is very good as well and there are different modes that can be set. The modes include sounds for normal, high bass, bass plus treble and a mode optimized for chatting. There is also a push button that enables Superhuman hearing to enable you to hear things like footsteps, guns reloading and other sounds to give you an advantage over folks with a lesser headset. The battery is rated at 15 hours, but I have yet to deplete it and test this out. My sons and I have used other headsets and this ranks right at the top. The sound is outstanding, as well as some very nice features that you don't find on other headsets. They are comfortable enough to wear for an extended period of time. They are nice looking and work very well.

The quality and video quality is great. My son was for happy ang was able to connect with ease to his PS4.
