I bought one each year for 3 years because the sound is very good, but they all broke in less than a year. This last one's ear piece broke in less than a month from normal wear. I am not rough with it and it still broke. I contacted Turtle Beach, they wouldn't honor the warranty. I no longer buy Turtle Beach. I went with Logitech - G733. It is Much better.

We'd suggest continuing your correspondence with them to see exactly why you were denied service, as they would only deny a damage claim if the damage was caused by an accident of some sort (ex. drop, tossed, kicked, bit by a cat/dog,)

There are times where the headset will disconnect and just simply not reconnect. On top of that, they are extremely uncomfortable. I would pass on these.
