    The microphone went out in less than 2 months of having these headphones. I could nit take them back to Best Buy so tried reaching out to the manufacturer. I got a response they are not working at the businesses that someone would reach out to me in a few days. When I finally got an email I did everything they said and still nothing. I have yet to hear back from them and there is not a person to talk to to ask more questions and get headset replaced. These are 100 dollars and I can’t get anything back to help me.

    I purchased these headphones because I wanted a wireless pair. I had the Turtle Beach Stealth 200's and thought this would be a good upgrade for playing Warzone. WRONG! The sound was garbage, in fact, the Stealth 200's had much better sound quality. And I hated how my friends sounded distorted in private chats. If Turtle Beach is what you want, I recommend the Stealth 200's over these all day.

    Not a bad headset sound wise. But the way the headset is made is just poor, the mic part broke which is why the mic is bad. It’s just a bad way to make a mic

    This headset has ok sound quality but is a bit tinny and the earcups are also small for me preference. Despite these cons the headphones are very easy to setup and use.

    Great footstep sound in COD ! But teammates say it’s hard to hear me. I haven’t messed with the mic volumes yet but kinda bummed out that it wasn’t plug and play .

    Had this headset for only 4 months and already having issues with it disconnecting from the dongle or the dongle just shutting off. It requires the dongle to be unplugged and headset powered off and on multiple times in order to get the sound to come back. My previous headset lasted me almost 5 years with no issues so this is a massive step down for a headset in the same price bracket.

    Nice headset. I bought this for my PS4. However, I returned the headset because it would only work for an hour between charges. My Xbox Stealth 700 work great.

    A pain to set up, especially if you use multiple headsets and use tv sometimes and headset sometimes. PS gold headsets were far superior

    Second set and still wont stay paired.

    Wont stay paired and horrible sound. I tried the firmware update and no luck. This used to be the go to brand I am done. $100 for a headset that only works for an hour or if at all and wont reconnect. back for a refund I go again tomorrow. 20 mile round trip again so I will never buy one of you products again. I gave it a 1 star because I can't give it a 0.

      Please know that we get very few complaints about sizing or comfort issues. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

    Buyer Beware/Too Low/TurtleBeach Dropped the Ball

    Bought this headset to play online, problem is, the volume is too low. These are more for like kids. My sons about 8 and for him it’s fine. But for an adult, I’d get something else. I would have returned them had he not liked them. So low, you could be in the middle of a match on COD and still hear a mouse f_a_r_t. Not joking!! Try something else first. Definitely not worth the $100 bucks.

    The Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 for the PS4 (and the Nintendo Switch) are a light weight and somewhat comfortable headset. I have had headsets that fit me better, but these are probably a 6/10 for me. The ear cushions are a little small for me ears and I feel they are scrunched inside of them, but it is not a terrible feeling and I quickly got used to them. They are well padded and soft so that helps with them being small for my ears. They are light and usually my biggest gripe is the top of my head starts to hurt after long sessions, with these though, that is not the case. They are mainly a plastic build which helps keep the weight down, but it also gives them a cheap feeling and but despite that, they feel like they are well made and the head band does have some give in it. There is not a lot of cushion on the head band, but it is sufficient. The integrate microphone is a neat design and it swivels up and locks into place for mute (USB dongle shows a red light) and the mic can pivot towards you a little to help with picking up sound. I found that the mic does work well, and my buddies can all hear me fine while playing Warzone. Pivoting the microphone towards your mouth had a small improvement in the tone of my voice and it seems to pick up more bass. I do like that you can hear yourself in the headphones (adjustable volume knob) and that helps so I do not feel like I must yell. Battery life has been about 15 hours and that is what they are rated at. Sound wise you have a Mode button to cycle thru a couple of pre set settings and if you hold down the power button you can activate super human mode and this will amplify the sound of footsteps in game for you. I did not really use this mode that much because I felt that the default settings were plenty loud for my taste, but it is nice to have options. Another feature of these are their glass friendly design and although they touch my glasses, they don’t push on them and I am able to remove my glasses if I wanted to without taking off the headset. Overall, for the value, these are a great all-around wireless headset. They work with the PS4, Nintendo Switch, PC and upcoming PS5. You can buy these and cover all five devices. Wireless range on these seem to be better on the PC than on the PS4. My PC is located upstairs, and I can go downstairs into the kitchen to get a snack and I can get minimal cut out. When I am using this with the PS4, it is in direct line of site in the same kitchen, it will cut out more than it did while upstairs. Not sure why this happened, but perhaps a firmware update could resolve this. This is not a deal breaker for me either since it does work in a reasonable distance from the PS4.
