Had a couple of complaints that my voice was not clear. Ear pads are uncomfortable after about 20 minutes of wear. My ears get sore and I take the headset off. I stopped using this product after about 5 uses.

However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

Over a week ago I submitted a claim to turtle Beach due to the fact it won't even connect now. Tried resetting and updating everything and still nothing. Brand new headset and can't even use it.

Turtle beach wireless is no good

You really get everything you need so it’s a great bang for your buck. I play call of duty only and I used these for hours of game play. No complaints after a few hours of these hanging on my head. I like that they are wireless as I can go get a drink from the fridge and run right back to my screen without having to disconnect or set my headphones down. This is plug and play into your PS4. I always go with turtle beach and this pair teaches why they are a great brand investing in the gamers future.

The only issue is that I have to constantly turn it off and back on and mess with the Bluetooth in order to get it to connect. It takes several minutes to connect sometimes.

They’ll last you about a year, then no sound

I’m now experiencing a lot of disconnecting and no sound to these particular headphones. Have a year of life it seems, and then you’ll need to get new ones.
