Bought as a gift, but I've heard no complaints so far.

Do not buy these headphones! These headphones are extremely frustrating to get connected on a consistent basis. I turn the PS4 on, and try to connect the headphones and they'll flash blue forever and would not connect.... I've turned them on, off, then randomly I decided to plug it in to try to connect that way and the blue tooth finally kicked on. After it connected I unplugged the headphones and they maintain connection most times- but have other issues I will note next. In addition to the bluetooth connection being poor, my voice will randomly become scrambled and or high pitched (as my friends say I sound like an alien), and they randomly stop working during the middle of your game... only to leave you with no audio in the middle of a match. I have 1GB internet, and I am hardwired into the PS4 so connection to the internet is never a problem and the game never lags. One feature I do not like is you cannot lower the game sound effect noises properly, for example, when playing Warzone, the initial helicopter scene is so loud you cannot hear your teammates speak. When I had the old "playstation" headphones I could separate certain game noises with others, and my friends voices. Hearing foot-steps is not as easy as other headphones I've had either.

Honestly I always hear people talk so highly of this brand so I decided to give it a try and it turned out to be the worst headset I have ever owned. I downloaded the app on my computer made sure the the headset was up to date then I plugged it to my PlayStation. Sometimes it will take up to fifteen minutes to connect, also audio will take a dump during gameplay and will make you sound high pitched. I will never purchase another set on turtle beaches.

This is a really nice wireless gaming headset for the money. It was easy to use with my PS4 and I was able insert the transmitter into a USB port on my laptop and it worked well with that, too. I'm really impressed with the overall fit and comfort of this headset. I wear glasses, and I was skeptical about the "glasses friendly" claim, but they accommodate my glasses fine and the cushioned ear cups are comfortable. Sound is really good and immersive. If you are an audiophile these may not be up to your standards, but for casual gaming these are more than adequate. It's a small detail, but I really like the flip-to-mute mic. It's just super simple to flip up the mic when you arent using it, and it fits into the ear cup so it's out of the way. The battery life claim is15 hours, but I got closer to around 12. Overall, just a really nice headset that won't bust your budget.

Sound quality is decent, but not for the price. Same effect with skull candy ear buds. Wireless is nice, but after a month, the plug-in Bluetooth receiver is completely AWOL. Started with the mic not working, and now it won't connect at all. Very disappointed. "Notification noises" are unnecessary and are deafening by default. the buttons are ill-placed. (Yes I know this is personal preference, but wow.) Im sticking with Astros next time.

Often the headset to stop playing audio and just play a clicking sound. I have to swap my audio output to my laptop speakers and back to get it to work again. Very annoying in Teams meetings.

I bought these headphones to connect to my PS5. They were easy to setup and do work; however, these are the least comfortable headphones I've ever worn. They hurt my ear lobes.
