    Connection issues

    Horrible connection issues. The headset has an auto turnoff feature to "save" battery life, but the problems is when the connection drops to the dongle then it will turn off on you as well. This can even happen while it is actively playing music/sounds through them. Yes you read that right. the auto off feature turns the headset off for no sounds while actively playing sounds.

    Product was delivered defected . Charged it and wouldn’t stay on when in use. & sometimes wouldn’t connect. Tried everything I could think of to get them to work. Now I have to go return or exchange them before I run out of time and it’s hard to do so with limited transportation. I will be returning them though.

    It works okay, but if there is some intense wifi activity around you, you will hear static noise perturbations. I've noticed that when my wife was watching videos on youtube near me, each new video will trigger some static noise in my hears. Also, it's not very confortable to wear, after 1 hour it hurts the head.

    My teen son said it wasnt comfortable on his ears. Seems the padding made for small ears. We returned it.

    Pro: -Overall good balance audio -Simple set up -Works with PC and Switch (in docked mode) Con: -Cups are small and material feels rough -Mic is ok -Lacks real encompassing sound and bass Comfort The set is light, but the foam on the band is a bit hard. I find the cups not as comfortable as other headsets I’ve had. The ear shaped cups are somewhat small which causes the edge of my ears to touch the inside. Also because of the ear shaped cups, I couldn’t really rotate the band around my head that much as I tend to push it a little bit to the back. The foam on the cup is stiffer and the fabric feels a bit rough. At first, it annoyed me, but I started to get used to it after a few hours. The cups didn’t get hot despite being smaller, so that’s a positive. Sound The overall sound is fine. It’s good and balanced but it doesn’t really sound as encompassing. It sounds like the speaker is a bit far from the ears. It also doesn’t really emphasize the bass that much, even with the bass boost. The audio is not bad at all, just a bit distant. The superhuman hearing mode really emphasizes the subtler sounds like footsteps, but dim the other sounds a bit. The mic is fine for party chat, but it’s not that clear. The mic doesn’t bend or extend that far but it picks up alright, however it sounds like it’s too far and I did have to turn up the level. The mic is even more quiet when using it with the PC. Setup and functionality Simplest headset to set up on the PS4 and PC. Just plug in the USB and adjust the sound level. The volume, mic level, sound mode, and power button are easily discern by touch. The power button also doubles as a toggle for superhuman hearing mode. These are relatively light, but I find the cups to be too small and not that soft. I think these are okay as an all rounder wireless headset. The sounds are good and balanced, but it’s light on bass to really give big sounds the boom that it needs. The mic is fair for party chat but it’s a little quiet. Unlike some other headsets that need a usb connection and an audio out, these are simple to set up and wireless is good. I didn’t notice any latency and so far haven’t had any issues. It’s a good choice for the price if you don’t mind the size of the cups.

    Terrible headphones. within 2 months of purchase would not connect to the dongle any longer. Even when it did connect it was fickle and would sometimes takes minutes to connect. I ended up throwing these in the garbage as returning them wasn't worth the hassle.
