    One of the worst headsets I've tried

    I returned them today and got a pair of hyper X Cloud Alpha. When I first tried to pair the receiver and headset it didn't work for about 20mins. I took a 15mins break and it finally worked. The mic was horrible and you literally have to talk obnoxiously loud in order to be heard on the other side. I'm sure there's some magical setting to cure whatever issues I was having but after 3 days they were officially going back. The mic is position too far away from your mouth. Also, there were horrible audio issues when I first used them. A lot of tearing.

    So much static with PS5 you'd think you are trying to reach Dusty Bun from Stranger Things on the old Ham Radio! Turtle Beach is finished! These are a joke! They advertise them for PS5 but I warn you, it will have so much static you will.wonder if this is the 80s! I contacted customer support... they said at least 3-4 business days for a response. Okay then... problem solved... DO NOT ORDER THESE FOR A PS5!

    This was ok until 3 months of use the mic broke from where it goes up to put in mute mode. For it being $99.99 they could of done better.

    Trash AF The microphone takes over the input and output of the TV. This means when I'm playing, 15 minutes into the game my TV turns off. I was on the phone with TCL support for 3 weeks just to find out that the non adjustable automatic settings of the wireless headphones are the issue. When I do not have the headphones on allowing the audio to come through the TV, I can play as long as I want without the TV randomly turning off on me every 15 minutes.

      The PlayStation would require that its audio output be set to the headset's transmitter in order for this product to work correctly. This is a limitation of the console itself and not something that we (Turtle Beach) would be able to change. TurtleBeach

    Huge downgrade from previous models

    Complete downgrade from the previous model. -Menu buttons no longer have voice prompts. -BT connection often fails and takes 15 secs to load everytime -when switching between devices, often times you need to turn on and off again multiple times to sync. -Will turn on and have no sound and will need to turn off and on and disconnect dongle with no rhyme or reason as to what makes it finally work

    Makes me wonder if they even tested it

    Surprisingly uncomfortable, way to much clamping force, starts to hurt the side of my head, mainly where the skull ends at the neck. Audio is mediocre and people couldn't stop themselves from telling me how bad I sounded on their end through the mic. Turtle beach is still garbage even after all their years in this market, which is just sad considering headsets are pretty much all they make.

    These headphone felt very cheap, as the plastic felt very ummm, CHEAP.. The build quality didn’t say $100 dollars to me. The sound was also very underwhelming to me to.. I’ll continue to stick to the Rigs as they don’t feel cheap even though the price tag is cheaper than these, and they sound great!!! I retuned the Turtle Beach set the very next day... Highly disappointed!!!

    Unusable, especially with the PS5

    Bought a new set and within a couple of months the headphones were no longer properly working with constant distortion issues and audio completely cutting out even with device on. I have not damaged them and barely used them when suddenly they became unusable. There seems to be no fix and the customer support isn't great help at finding a way to fix either.
