Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

      With that being said, our Support Team is always happy to help as needed if you feel like you require a replacement (although we can't guarantee a replacement will fit you any better due to what we mentioned about head sizes earlier) and they can be reached right from the support section of the Turtle Beach website via their contact form or Live Chat service.

      Press and hold down the Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short.

      This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing.

    The Stealth 600 wireless headset has everything you'd need for great gaming or other audio enjoyment. The headset contains a number of modes for various audio presets, allowing varying ranges of sound depending on what the audio source is. The headset appears to be reasonably well-constructed, in spite of the fact that it's predominantly made out of plastic. When the mic is brought down to the "on" position, it is somewhat flexible (by way of a hinge), and it appears sturdy, though I wouldn't recommend being overly aggressive with this headset (if you're a hot-head, you might want to pass if you're likely to throw things around the room!). Aside from the power and Mode button, the headset also comes with separate wheel adjust knobs, one for audio input and another for microphone loudness. This is definitely a must for those gamers who like having a distinction between hearing in-game audio and want to speak up at the right time. While the headset did come somewhat charged immediately out of the box, it simply requires a micro-USB cable (included) to recharge. There is an included USB dongle that is easily recognizable via Windows 10 and quickly synchronizes via Bluetooth to the actual headset. Of course, with this kind of set up, you'll need to keep aware of this dongle, as it could be easily lost. Overall, I would highly recommend this headset to anyone who's interested in gaming or other audio via their PC (my main test bed). It definitely ranks alongside other well-known gaming headsets.

    They are a comfortable headset. The only issue is when you turn them all the way up, there is static. A good budget wireless headset for PS5

    Out of the box i had to sync the headphones to the transmitter, even though it's supposed to be ready to plug and play. Then after a couple days i had to unplug the transmitter to get sound on my tv. Shouldn't have to do that. The headphones are soft and I like the flip-up mic to mute. Its also compatible to PS5 and nintendo switch, but it's not enough to justify the quality of the technology in them.
