    Not real happy with the headphones as they pop and crackle a lot. I should have taken them back but I don't believe I can now.

    I ordered these headsets twice! If I could give it a rating of 0 I would! The first pair would not hold a charge, so I sent them back. The second pair I bought worked fine for about 2 months and the same thing happened! Now I can't return them because its been well over a few months. I don't know what is going on but I do not recommend ordering these pairs from the best buy in Anchorage.

    thought I would like these since they are bluetooth. were not comfortable and were super tight on the head.

    Broker in less than a year. Despite being a total tech member they won’t replace it. Canceling my total tech membership which is a complete waste. First time I have tried to get something covered by it in 4+ years and they won’t. Going to buy a new one on Amazon.

    Does not pair.... yes. I know how to follown instructions, still does not pair, even after doing that so called "factory reset" as theor website indicated. I have Xbox One, it should work, it shouldnt leave the green light blinking and blinking and blinking even after the xbox light was solid color. Now i have to return it and who knows if i even want a new one!

    I cannot say enough about this headset. The have worked flawlessly since the first time setting up on my Day one Xbox One. The quality is bar none the best for your hard earned dollars. The fitment is fantastic for hours of play. My wife, myself, and all 4 of my daughters are in love with the sound, fitment and ease of use. The sound is amazing and truly helps your game play, especially FPS games. My Warzone game play has become more enjoyable and my finishes have improved well over 50%. To hear everything around you with massive bass from explosions and gun fire is something else. Turtle Beach, you guys hit this on out of the state! The microphone setup it great, with the mute and off features being the best part yet. Clear dialog while playing with friends and they have even said I sound perfectly clear on their end. If you want a set of amazing headphone and finally do.it wireless, buy these, I promise they will not disappoint!

    Failed Within A Year Under Light Use, check amazon reviews, bad design of ear cup supports just breaks after couple of month to a year. I am not a gamer but an adult using these for web meetings and such maybe thats why they lasted so long, Your milege may wary.

    Plastic is brittle, will snap at the slightest tou

    It worked great at first but then my husband just picked it up and it snapped in half at the headband midpoint. It's completely unfixable and he literally just lifted it to put it on, wasn't rough with it or anything.
