    Took multiple time trying to get product, CS horrible BB online is horrible. BB tried to make me pay for a headset the USPS lost. Ridiculous

    Extra parts needed to work for use in class. I even had asked the clerk and he had said it’s all included... not needed another $25 part..

    Unit only last one day, after that the unit does not power on. Red light constantly on, even while the charger is not plug in.

      Press and hold down the Xbox Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short.

      This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing. After performing these steps, make an attempt at updating the headset via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS.

    Head set needs a computer in order for you to make changes to the mic. The shipping took 3 time longer then it should have.
