Press and hold down the Xbox Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short. This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing.

Would not connect

Great headset at a great price

Build quality is sturdy, and even though the majority is made of plastic, it doesn't have a cheap/creaky plastic feeling to it. The ear cups are comfortable, sound is respectable, and the flip to mute mic is a must-have feature. I love that this headset charges via usb-c, as many headsets still charge with micro-usb for some reason. The other thing I love about this headset, is that it pairs directly to your xbox just like a controller would. There's no USB dongles or anything to take up any ports on the xbox itself. Just hit the pairing button on the xbox and the headset, and it pairs wirelessly. Definitely a handy feature, and something that makes this model a dream to use vs. the competition.

EXCELLENT! Make Sure to Update

First off, as a glasses wearer, I love that these were designed to fit around glasses, it makes them so much more comfortable than anything else I have ever worn. They are also quite easy to pair with your Xbox, requiring you to only push the pairing button on your console and on the headset (if you have any issue, your headset may require an update out of the box, for which I had to install the Turtle Beach hub on my computer, plug the headphones in, then the update only took a few seconds). I did require the update to get them to pair with my Xbox. Once that was done, they have been flawless. Also, I love that the mic is integrated and can be tucked away. I rarely use a mic, but having it built-in means it is always ready for when I need it.

Very Solid Wireless Gaming Headset for the Price
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Turtle Beach® Stealth™ 600 Gen 2 Wireless Gaming Headset for Xbox is an excellent product for its price. At first sight, I was concerned about comfort, but after using it (with glasses) I found it very comfortable for extended periods of use. Pairing with my XBox One X was seamless and the sound was crisp and clear with a good sense of spatial placement. The volume, chat, and other controls are fairly standard and become familiar fairly quickly. I especially like the way the mic folds back up into the headphones with an easy flip. Much nicer than the pull-out type or those you snap on and off. And being wireless, of course, is a huge improvement over any wired solution (or 'wireless' headphones that depend on added gadgets in order to work with the console). You can pay more and get a few added qualities or features, but, with these, you will not feel you are missing anything. Good Deal. Solid Performance. No Downsides. Definitely Recommend.
