    First impressions very much intrigued me. Has a very clear sound with different modes to suit your liking. Bass is great, mic is very high quality, and lastly the comfort is good. Not only that but these headphones have a great design and I absolutely love them.

    Maybe I never owned a good pair of headsets but I invested on these and preorder them. I just picked them up and tried them out today and let me tell you it sounds like I was doing ASMR I can hear everything from my end which I kinda don’t mind because the quality sounds clear. The gaming sound was amazing it sounded like surround sound speakers! The set up was so easy! And the fact that you can just place the mic up to turn it off is great! Really enjoyed these and the white looks awesome with my whole system! I would recommend these high... quality with a reasonable price!

    sounded great, but the band that lets you adjust the size tore in half. i was very careful with it too. not abused at all. i upgraded to the stealth 700 gen 1, headband broke too. now i'm on stealth 700 gen 2. happy with that headset so far.

    Definitely worth it. I have 700s for my PS5 and I honestly prefer these sometimes because of the fabric ear pieces. Automatically connects to my Xbox as soon as I hit the power button.

    Broke 1 year 1 week after buying. One week after the warranty. Stopped connecting and just shuts off right after turning it on.

    These headphones are just pure bliss. The sound quality on them is just great. Footsteps in games are extrememly clear, and for music they are very clear. Mic is great and accurate. 10/10

    my headphones Stealth 700 broke just after a year of purchase. i did the system updates, and the app says everything is up to date. i did the reset, but they still won't connect to Xbox. I think the bluetooth adapter is broken. i used the TB headphones all the time, one morning i was charging them after playing, and i went to grab them and the speaker area was really hot. The TB never connected again. It still turns on, but the BT button won't flash blue, and the connect button won't flash. They do work when plugged in with an Auxiliary cord

    I have fully returned this product 3x. First time is because when I bought it I would hear sounds coming from opposite ends of the mic. If someone came from my left I heard it on my right and if someone came on my right I heard it thru my left. Yes I was wearing them correctly. I returned it fully and bought the same one because maybe the one I picked was defective. I then had the issue where the second one I picked will not work at all unless it’s plugged into the charger and as soon as I unplugged it. It would turn completely off. So I returned that one and bought the same one and now I have the issue where with this mic. I can’t hear myself speak thru the headset and with the two previous headsets I could hear myself speak and anything that would happen around me thru my headset. So I’m currently going to return them again and choose a different Brand. I had no problems with the Gen 1 and I’ve been using turtle beaches for YEARS. But how do I buy 3 defective turtle beaches and they were all from different Best Buy’s. The Best Buy employee also tried to make me use my extended warranty the first time I bought it. But that doesn’t make sense bc I didn’t do anything to the mic and it CAME that way. So why would I have to use my warranty and then if I get the same one I’d have to purchase another $25 warranty when I had just bought that the day before.

    can't change monitoring level

    in my experience with this headset, it is very comfortable but was a pain to set up and get it working. the mic monitoring is set incredibly high so I can hear every tiny little noise that is made, and to top that off, you can't even change the level without connecting the headset to a computer that's new enough to run "turtle beach audio hub" and you need an xbox USB adapter just to connect to your computer. after all that just to change one simple thing that would be easy to put in the xbox setting but since it is bluetooth, you can't change the headset audio in any way other then the dials on the headset itself

    Snapped Extender

    The extender snapped when my boyfriend put it on his head, not the best quality and if you have a bigger head I wouldn't go for this headset. Cheap Plastic, Great Sound.

    I bought mine from Target so I wont be a “verified” purchase. Having said that, I’ve owned these for over a year now and theyre so uncomfortable. After an hour, it hurts my head. I constantly have to move/adjust them. They squeeze my head. I dont have a large head by any means, but this headset was built for a child sized head it seems. The 700 series is more comfortable. After being a Turtle Beach fan for well over a decade; considering the Astros or Steel Series headsets

However, due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a "one-size-fits-all" headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. Please know that we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset should break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

    Cheap Material and WORST Warranty

    I've owned 4 of these headphones and they've all had to be replaced shortly after a year (I've purchased the extra warranty). The most recent broke right before they year so I had to go through Turtle Beach's Warranty Claim. IT IS THE WORST and I will NOT buy turtle beach headsets again. 1. You first submit an e-mail claim through their website. (Response took 3 days). 2. They responded by asking for the serial number and original proof of purchase. I provided both and they responded 3 days after asking for the following. Reply to this e-mail message with: A photo of the headset's serial number. Here's a link to a guide that will show you how to locate the serial number on our headsets: Serial Number Finder A photo that shows the entire product (including wireless transmitter, if applicable) next to a sheet of paper with your RMA number handwritten on it (not printed or digitally modified in any way).” (Max combined file size 25MB) Confirmation of your shipping address. An incorrect address can result in loss of your replacement in transit. At the end it took about 3 weeks to get my replacement and I got a used set, not a brand new.
