    Bought this headset in august 2020. By December it would not connect to any Bluetooth. Tried to update firmware, but it took me in a circle of finding, updating, then cannot find the device. Tried to reset defaults and same thing happened. Had to return to geek squad for a refund

    Can’t connect to Xbox. Terrible headset. Never buy turtle beach again. Their website gives you all the work around a with no solution but of course you can’t call anyone. Terrible company terrible headset. Go with any other brand. Not worth your efforts

    Naturally Died After A Month

    What a complete piece of garbage. Very uncomfortable, takes anywhere from 1-5 minutes to connect to my PS4, and it naturally died one month after purchase. I'd give this one a miss, I'm done buying from Turtle Beach

    Headphone band snapped

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had this headset for less than 2 months and the band snapped. I take care of my belongings this is a case of cheap materials. Would not recommend buying this headset.
