Best Buy got them to me fast and undamaged. But quality of item was less than desired. Very low volume on Xbox series x. Upgraded to the 700 gen 2 max and was a giant jump in quality. I’d assume standard 700 gen 2s sound just as good, but weaker batter and no cross platform play.

I was really looking forward to this headset. The unit is nice and good build quality. The unit fit a little snug on the head and I’ve been having a ton of connectivity issues. When the unit does work it works great when it can’t connect it’s a headache. For $100 bucks I not impressed maybe I should of bought a different for expensive brand.

Extremely comfortable and great sounding. They do squeak if you move them. They are great for hearing your surroundings and you don’t need to crank it up either.

Pretty good for the price. The Stealth 700 is the better choice.

I bought this for my brother and he said it was a major upgrade from any headset that he has owned. I do believe that wired headsets are the most professional/high quality level you can get but wireless headsets are much more convenient when moving around and not wanting to continuously take off a headset. I gave this 4 stars because I do know that there is room for improvement with some of the equalizer settings.

Great sounds quality! I wear glasses and they were tight on my ears at first, but loosened up after a few times of wearing them. Easy set up and good quality.

It’s a great headphones for gaming but the design could be a tad bit stronger

Pretty happy with the product, gets great sound and the mic works well. exactly as advertised. charges with USB C which is useful. Fit isn't the best though, I prefer my bose over head, lastly, I wish there was some kind of indication that it's low on battery. It just died on me randomly and I had to recharge which was annoying the first time I used it.

Great sound that you have come to expect from Turtle Beach. Very comfortable for extended wear. This was an upgrade from my last set, and well worth it.

Good sound and they connect immediately with my xbox. I like the fact they don't have the key to insert in the usb. good value for gaming at night time.

Love this headset no wires getting in the way and the battery last pretty long I’ve never had a problem with it and it fits comfortably

love it. its way more comfortable compared to Gen 1. only issue was battery life is not as good as the Gen 1. sound wise, I'd say it's way better than before.

Better fit and feeling then the first gen model . Still has the great surround sound for gaming as well as a good microphone for communication with teammates .

Had the gen 1 and now these and they are loud and great. Very comfortable and also very lightweight compared to the first Gen. I would gladly recommend.

The sound is amazing !!!! I love how it works with the Xbox and your phone !! It’s finds your Xbox almost immediately. It fits my head comfortably.

Overall these are great headphones. This is my second pair because I like this brand. However, I had I ssues with charging as I accidentally left them plugged in for several hours and noticed they were very hot to the touch. Since then the connection has had issues. I got these for my Xbox and my PC which I use an adapter for.

Much better improved over Gen 1. These dont feel flimsy and feel good too at the same time. Good audio for a good price and should work with Series X.

These work very well. Good sound and battery life. Controls are a little awkward but really no complaints to this point.
