He said they are very clear and block out room sounds. Thats why I have to tap him on his shoulder when I want him to lift ear piece to talk to him. Lol

Press and hold down the Xbox Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short.
This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing. After performing the steps above; please make sure that your headset has been updated to the most recent firmware via the Audio Hub on Windows or MacOS.

Previously had the Recon 200’s, but it was time for a proper upgrade. Amazing features and user friendly, and best of all, wireless. Wireless is life.

Broke twice in the same place in 3 months.

He’s had 2 that have do broken on the band in the same place. He said the headset itself has decent battery life and good sound but the fact that it broke twice in 3 months in the same place makes me think there’s something wrong with the way the headset was made. Purchase at your own risk.

Great sound and much louder than any wires ones I’ve used. No issues with them cutting out. The battery life could be a bit better but it’s not bad.

I just decided to go wireless because I got the new elite 2 controller. Once I got the stealth 600 . No way I could go back . The quality is phenomenal.
