The issue is how frail and fragile the headset is to be as expensive as it is. After having it for just 1 month, both sides of the headset have snapped with little pressure. The headset cost way too much money to break as easily and quickly as it has.

Is this in reference to your headset's Microphone Monitor feature that allows you to hear your own voice in the headset? If so, the volume level of that feature can be adjusted via the Audio Hub application for Windows or MacOS.
