    I like these for the most part. It’s hard to get the sound settings right with my Xbox series x. I play CoD and don’t always hear what my teammates do. Also, when I lean back, sometimes the volume wheels turn and I don’t realize it’s why I can’t hear game sounds or my teammates.

    I asked about a headset for my granddaughter’s new GameBox S! The young lady in customer service took me personally and we looked at several. After discussion with her guidance this was selected! My granddaughter is still completely happy with her system and I believe her headset is definitely a big reason! Thanks for helping me give my granddaughter a totally great experience!

    It works well, but honestly the sound quality is not that great. They dont go loud enough and you have to sacrifice sound quality by changing the sound mode to make them louder.
