This takes a little bit of getting use to but it will be okay. Not sure if it is the game I am playing or the actual headset

Actually i get some tinny sounding base intermitently that i didnt get in the gen 1. I have to turn off headset and restart. Havnt had a chance to return yet. Will get same one hoping it doesnt repeat this issue. The Gen one sounded great but they kept breaking right where the band connects to the earmuffs. I'm tired of spending $25 to renew my warranty every 6 months to get a replacement. Not a Best Buy issue but is a Turtle Beach issue. Best Buy never gives me a hard time on a return but like I said I'm tired of paying that dog gone $25

IT HAS BEEN A GREAT INVESTMENT FOR SO LONG SINCE HIS HEAD IS SO BIG HE TENDS TO BREAK THEM EVENTUALLY BY JUST TAKING THEM OFF. ALL IN ALL GREAT HEADSET!
