$100 piece of garbage

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to get a headset for the new console but realized after this purchase why I went away from Turtle Beach in the first place. Just had constant issues trying to connect to the console even though I was sitting literally right in front of it. The worst part is that I know I only could I not chat with me and my friends do do it constantly connecting and disconnecting but it interrupted the game audio as well. I let it charge multiple times overnight as well as and the battery life was never near the advertised time of 15 hours even though I made sure to turn it off before charging it. I don’t know why you’d make a wireless headset with such crappy connectivity issues as well as charging issues, but nevertheless I try to put up with it for as long as I could and so I ripped it apart with my own bare hands due to frustration. I’ll never get a wireless headset again and never get a Turtle Beach again after this. Their Stealth 200 model that’s wired is way better and has lasted me a lot longer without the annoying connectivity issues that this “Gen 2 Stealth 600” has had. Save your money on this one, don’t make the same mistake I did thinking this would be an upgrade.

Broke easily and had to replace. Went cheaper.

I'm so glad that I purchased the Geek Squad protection. I traded them in for the 200 Gen. I don't think I will ever buy another product from Best Buy without the extended Geek Squad protection. Its worth every penny thats for sure. They even offer the Geek Squad protection on refurbished items, one example was the Dyson fan that I bought. I have piece of mind until the coverage expires in 2023.

Awesome sound

Comfortability

Then look no further, these are the headphones for you. I can scream, kick, and throw a hissy fit and my husband won't hear a thing with these headphones on.

I can say these are very nice headsets. We did have an issue with one of the headsets where it wouldn't connect to the computer to do the firmware update, so I had to replace that one. No other issues since!

Good Gaming Headphones

Only issue I have is sometimes you have to reset the headphones as others will not be able to hear you. Was a big issue at first but once you know how to fix them it wasn’t bother some anymore.

You control voice chat and game volume separately. To mute simply push the mic about halfway back to its resting position. Comfortable around the ears. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase

Great Headphones

Posted .We’re sorry to hear about your experience; however, please try out the following with your Stealth 600 GEN 2:
Press and hold down the Xbox Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short.
This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing. After performing these steps, make an attempt at updating the headset via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS.

Good gaming headset

We’re sorry to hear about this inconvenience; however, what you described here sounds like issues on the end of your Xbox Live Privacy settings (due to you mentioning others being unable to hear you) for the game(s) you're playing. Your other symptoms sounds like RF interference from a crowded wireless environment (drop outs/cut outs).

Not worth the money

Layout and controls is great. The build quality is terrible for this much money. Bought this headset and two weeks later it just snapped while putting it on. Luckily, we got it replaced. The connection is horrible. It cuts in and out constantly. Updated the firmware, and it still cuts in and out. I can barely hear anything at times.
