I wanted to get a headset for the new console but realized after this purchase why I went away from Turtle Beach in the first place. Just had constant issues trying to connect to the console even though I was sitting literally right in front of it. The worst part is that I know I only could I not chat with me and my friends do do it constantly connecting and disconnecting but it interrupted the game audio as well. I let it charge multiple times overnight as well as and the battery life was never near the advertised time of 15 hours even though I made sure to turn it off before charging it. I don’t know why you’d make a wireless headset with such crappy connectivity issues as well as charging issues, but nevertheless I try to put up with it for as long as I could and so I ripped it apart with my own bare hands due to frustration. I’ll never get a wireless headset again and never get a Turtle Beach again after this. Their Stealth 200 model that’s wired is way better and has lasted me a lot longer without the annoying connectivity issues that this “Gen 2 Stealth 600” has had. Save your money on this one, don’t make the same mistake I did thinking this would be an upgrade.

So these headphones lasted a few months before they snapped into. I'm so glad that I purchased the Geek Squad protection. I traded them in for the 200 Gen. I don't think I will ever buy another product from Best Buy without the extended Geek Squad protection. Its worth every penny thats for sure. They even offer the Geek Squad protection on refurbished items, one example was the Dyson fan that I bought. I have piece of mind until the coverage expires in 2023.

Love this headset the sound is awesome and when my headset broke bestbuy gave me a new one no hassle no problems it was quick and easy i would definitely buy another set of the same headset for my nephews if you dont have geeksquad i truly recommend it

Headset is good quality and is good for someone with a not so big head such as much. The Stealth 700 Gen2 are more comfier in my opinion for someone with a larger head

I don’t like that there’s no mute button. You have to move the mic up or down and that itself creates a sound that people can hear. Returned.

Do you wanna yell as loud as you can and not be able to hear your significant other? Then look no further, these are the headphones for you. I can scream, kick, and throw a hissy fit and my husband won't hear a thing with these headphones on.

My son liked these! We got them for him as a Christmas gift. There was syncing error when his platform unexpectedly turned off. But he researched and fixed somehow.

I purchased 3 headsets for my boys and I. I can say these are very nice headsets. We did have an issue with one of the headsets where it wouldn't connect to the computer to do the firmware update, so I had to replace that one. No other issues since!

Great wireless headphones. Easy to use. Only issue I have is sometimes you have to reset the headphones as others will not be able to hear you. Was a big issue at first but once you know how to fix them it wasn’t bother some anymore.

Simple headset with all the features you’ll need. You control voice chat and game volume separately. To mute simply push the mic about halfway back to its resting position. Comfortable around the ears. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase

They're OK. A little heavy to wear but the mic going up to mute is kind of genius. Sound is good but it's definitely heavy

These sounds great, but they feel cheap and are very tight on my head. Overall they're a decent headset.

I was disappointed with the first couple pies of TB headsets I purchased and switched to rig. After 3 or 4 years with the same headset, it was finally that time to get a new one. My favorite part is how they connect to USB type C

Connectivity to my Xbox in horrible, sometimes making it unusable. I was having those problems right out of the box!

Got these for Christmas and works well, just needed to buy a Xbox wireless adapter to work on my PC. Like the Super Hearing feature for several games I play.

Works great, although I worry about the durability. I have lost a small plastic part but it hasn't changed the function at all.

Bought two in order to game w my son in separate rooms and will return…both fully charged, no one hears us on mic and audio constantly cutting out to the point I can’t use it without wanting to tear it off and throw it directly in the dumpster. Don’t waste your $.

Comfortable. Sound is decent but could be better. Battery doesn't seem to last very long

Grandson really enjoys the headset for both his xBox and computer during these pandemic times. Able to converse with teacher enabling him to concentrate on task.

Sound quality is decent, not terrible, not good. Layout and controls is great. The build quality is terrible for this much money. Bought this headset and two weeks later it just snapped while putting it on. Luckily, we got it replaced. The connection is horrible. It cuts in and out constantly. Updated the firmware, and it still cuts in and out. I can barely hear anything at times.
